Who We Are at GROMORE
Our Story
GROMORE was born out of lived experience. As para-athletes, coaches, and leaders, Matt and Ross have stood on both sides of the net: as players and as advocates working to break down barriers in sport and business. Matt and Ross know first-hand the challenges of access, opportunity, and visibility. They also know the life-changing power of sport when those barriers are removed.
Their journey both individually and as a team has taken Matt and Ross from grassroots programmes to international competitions, from local clubs to world stages. Along the way, they have seen talented players, coaches and families held back by a lack of structure, support, and pathways. That is why GROMORE exists: to transform environments, raise standards and improve opportunities where everyone - regardless of age, ability or background can belong and thrive.

Our Philosophy
At GROMORE, Matt and Ross believe that growth must be intentional, inclusive and sustainable. Their Philosophy is simple: there should be a pathway for everyone, at every age and stage.
GROMORE is committed to:
- Growing Opportunities: creating entry points for athletes, parents, and coaches, ensuring participation is open, accessible, and welcoming.
- Growing Programmes: working with National and International Governing Bodies, Government, Clubs, Counties, and Charities to design inclusive programmes that meet the needs of both recreational and performance athletes.
- Growing Pathways: building structured, professional pathways that guides athletes from grassroots through to elite performance, whilst ensuring there's resources available to support everyone.
The Team
Behind GROMORE are two individuals united by passion, purpose and a vision for change: Matt Grover and Ross Cudmore.
- Matt Grover is a World and European Singles and Doubles Champion (w/ Ross), and a highly experienced coach and talent-performance pathway manager. With over 13 years of experience in development and high-performance sport, Matt has shaped opportunities for athletes, parents, and coaches, and has worked with National and International Stakeholders, developed pathways, and supported athletes to International success. His lived experience as both a player and leader gives him a unique perspective on how to create meaningful change.
- Ross Cudmore is a World and European Doubles Champion (w/ Matt) and brings 10 years worth of expertise in coaching, programme development and digital innovation. Ross has a proven ability to build impactful programmes, where he won the LTA National Park Venue of The Year Award 2025. His focus is on turning vision into action, ensuring coaching and programme strategies are practical, sustainable, and deliver real results.
Together Matt and Ross blend personal experience with professional expertise. They are not just consultants, they are changemakers, committed to empowering athletes, supporting coaches and helping organisations GROMORE.
